Tidbit tip on how not to bleach blonde hair, when you don't want to!

Hello hair world! I am a hairstylist in Dallas and specialize in color.

I have come across many new clients lately that have overprocessed hair. ie a natural level 5 with streaks that are 5-6 shades lighter. Or natural blondes with white hair.

What bleach does is lift until your hair breaks off. Stylists just rinse it before your hair breaks. If you're noticing breakage, dryness, or lack of luster it is because your stylist is using bleach!

Ask them if they have a high-lift blonde they can use instead..or to do some honeys and caramels with a level 9 or 10 with 40 volume. This enables them to lift to a softer and healthier blonde without using toner afterward. You'll also notice a softer grow out and shinier hair within about 6 months.

I hope this was helpful to any bleachies out there!! :)

Nice Little Point To Note While Getting Blond

Good point Lydia! A little secret to take care about, while going blond.

Well, I am not into blond yet, but would remember this and tell others who are going to go blond.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks...
